Libmpdec development

Libmpdec development is still very active, but the mpdecimal source repositories are closed until the number of developers makes it necessary to open them again.

Cdecimal development (Python module)

Development of the py3k-cdecimal branch has moved to the official Python repository. The cdecimal module is under consideration for inclusion in py3k.
